Zoe Fisher has been teaching Pilates in West Sussex since 2010 when she certified in mat work with Body Control Pilates. Currently training with Basi UK she prides herself on being both a teacher and a student of Pilates, always open to learning from other schools of thought, as well as the Clients she works with. Other further education courses have included, Standing Pilates, Ante-natal and Post-natal Pilates as well as the Physiology and Anatomy requirements of the mat work and equipment certifications.
Mat work classes focus on the basic principles of the Pilates Method. Alignment, Core Stability, Precision, Flow, Co-ordination, Breathing, Relaxation and Concentration. With these tenets in mind, Clients can build a picture of how to improve their mobility, muscle recruitment and above all how to become stronger from the inside, out.
