My classes are a reflection of my own personal journey into yoga, meditation, mindfulness and healing which I feel honored to be able to share.

Having practiced many forms of massage, meditation and yoga for over 18 years, I have witnessed the amazing ability we all have to change our energy, thoughts and emotions through the innate power of our breath, body and mind.

In my classes I combine meditation and mindfulness practices with pranayama, asana, sound and yoga nidra to take you on a journey into stillness. I believe we can all find the space we need, if we give ourselves the time, to reconnect with our natural essence of inner peace, joy and freedom.
