Sessions will be tailored to meet each client’s individual needs and will incorporate strategies from within Mindfulness, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Emotional Freedom Technique. As part of the holistic therapy I offer, I will also make suggestions relating to Nutrition, Aromatherapy, Herbalism and Flower Remedies, as a way of providing additional support to your physical, mental and emotional needs, as appropriate.
