Kate has been practicing yoga daily for 15 years and teaching since 2013. Over the past decade yoga has been an anchor in her life – she credits it with maintaining her fitness, strength, and mental wellbeing throughout 3 pregnancies, a complete change of career and a move from London to West Sussex, where she lives with her young family.
Kate specialises in teaching vinyasa flow, restorative, pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes. She aims to teach the kind of classes that she has always loved to practice herself – those which get the energy flowing, benefit the body and calm and ground the mind. Her aim is to provide classes which are accessible, supportive and fun for everyone - from complete newcomers to experienced yogis. She offers detailed assistance to beginners and also more challenging options for people looking to develop their practice.
Kate is also a FEDANT registered antenatal educator and runs birth preparation classes for expectant couples.
